Some of you already know about the new regulations in the city of Loveland Colorado. Eagleview park has been one of the fields many of us have spent hours and hours flying. The regulations basically negate all recreational drone flying without a permit. Below is a reply from the City as well as the two documents needed to fly recreational:
AGR-Short-Term Concessionaire and Park Use Agreement
Good Morning,
The City of Loveland Parks and Recreation has a policy that needs to be followed. I am attaching that policy. It includes a permit request to fly drones in our Parks.
What you have described below will also require that you complete the attached Park Use Agreement.
Once the UAS permit and Park Use Agreements are completed, please submit them to Parks@cityofloveland.org
Our parks manager will review them and get back to you with any costs associated with your event.
